I’m Coach Lucas Bennett — a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and the guy who believes getting fit should be simple, sustainable, and actually enjoyable.

Where It All Began
I wasn’t always the fit guy. Growing up, I struggled with my weight, low energy, and a complicated relationship with food. I tried every crash diet, every “30-day transformation” plan, every magic supplement — and failed every time. Not because I lacked willpower, but because the advice was genuinely terrible.
Everything changed when I stopped chasing shortcuts and started learning the science. I got certified as a personal trainer, then a nutrition coach, and slowly rebuilt my body — and my mindset — from scratch. The results were so dramatic that friends started asking me for help. Then strangers. Then thousands of people online.
MrKeepFit was born from that frustration and that transformation. This site is everything I wish someone had told me when I first started — practical, evidence-based, and completely free.
